Roof Sealing and Waterproofing
We offer an innovative waterproofing product which was originally designed as an industrial spray-on waterproofing liner for dams. The product has been packaged and labelled for the industrial and home waterproofing markets. This product has been environmentally and quality tested by the South African Bureau of Standards. The product sets a new standard in waterproofing, surpassing archaic bitumen sealing. It is completely U.V resistant and is guaranteed for 10 years.
The product is a composite consisting of elastomeric cross-linking polymers, which is mixed as an admixture with cement. In simplistic terms, the product is a polymer modification of cement, which increases the tensile and flexural strength of mortars and concrete and eliminates their brittle nature.
Factory and Warehouse Flooring
We offer a low cost liquid polymer material binder which requires no compaction and cures at room temperature. This product has been designed as an alternative to conventional portland cement.
Virtually any waste or insitu aggregate can be mixed with the product and bound into a concrete-like slab.
Curing time is very rapid. Within a couple of hours, one can walk on it, with vehicles being able to drive on the slab within a couple of days – subject to weather and curing.
Electricity From Waste

Rainwater harvesting
Rainwater harvesting is the accumulation and storage of rainwater for reuse on-site, rather than allowing it to run off.
Rainwater can be collected from rivers or roofs, and in many places, the water collected is redirected to a deep pit (well, shaft, or borehole), a reservoir with percolation, or collected from dew or fog with nets or other tools.
Its uses include water for gardens, livestock, irrigation, domestic use with proper treatment, indoor heating for houses, etc. The harvested water can also be used as drinking water, longer-term storage, and for other purposes such as groundwater recharge.
